Myself
I will make sure my notes for clients and any personal information is kept in a secure and safe place.
I will follow guidelines set out by my governing body NCPS.
I will only share basic information with my counselling supervisor to enhance my role as my client’s counsellor. 
Notes and personal data will be deleted after the current legislated 7 years.
All personal information is treated with professional respect and confidentiality.

Clients
You have the right to complain should you feel I have broken your confidentiality or acted in anyway inappropriate.
I would encourage you to first communicate with me if you are unhappy with my service or feel something needs to be addressed. Should you feel unable to contact me you can contact my governing body the NCPS (National and Counselling Psychotherapy Society)
I have regular supervision sessions which also keep me in a good place as well as my clients.
I continue to learn with regular CPD COUNSELLING COURSES to enhance my skills and experience and knowledge.
